EStreet AMC provides appraisals and appraisal products for real estate transactions. In order to better serve your needs now and in the future, we may ask you to provide us with certain personal and confidential information. In providing these services, we receive information about you and your transaction from applications, forms and possibly other communications to us from numerous sources, including but not limited to you, your lender and affiliated companies, an attorney or real estate broker and consumer reporting agencies. In providing these services, we obtain copies of many types of documents, including but not limited to, deeds, notes, or mortgages. We may receive this information from you or from the lender, appraiser, or real estate broker that you have chosen. Directly or indirectly, we may obtain information from numerous other sources in order to deliver an appraisal report, including but not limited to, automated valuation models, public records about the property and public records about parties to the transactions.
USE OF INFORMATION WE RECEIVE:
Other than described above, we do NOT disclose nonpublic personal and financial information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law or with your permission. We restrict access to nonpublic, personal and financial information about you exclusively to those employees who need said information to provide services for you. We maintain a strict internal policy as it relates to effective data security to protect the rights and privacy of every customer. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. Even after our business relationship ceases, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice. We may, however, store such information indefinitely, including the period after which any customer relationship has ceased. There is a single administrator password that allows access to customer profile information. The dialogue used to transfer files from computer to computer is password protected and the relational database management system is also password protect. All input data is automatically sanitized by the system and all user input is validated server-side to prevent unauthorized use of the system.
